Preliminary assessment

Step 2
MUSCLE STRENGTHENING
Each session begins with muscle-building exercises in which the sculptor applies analytical (targeted) manual pressure to the areas to be treated. It's a genuine exchange between practitioner and patient, with both making an effort to strengthen the muscles. The combination of the patient's movement and the leverage applied by the sculptor intensifies the effort. So 2 minutes of Sculpteur de Bien être exercise is equivalent to 10 minutes of traditional activity!
Step 3
Massage
After the strengthening phase, your body triggers lipolysis (the fat-burning process), which promotes the effect of lymphatic drainage. This is where the deep massage phase against cellulite begins.
